(hereinafter “Auctioneer Company”) operates the Century 21Select Real Estate Auction Platform (hereinafter Century 21 Select Real Estate “Century21Auction.com”) website (the “Website”), which is hosted in the United States. We want you, the visitor (“you” or “your”) to this Website, to understand how we collect, use and share data about you. This Privacy Policy identifies what information we collect, and for what purposes it is used. We recognize the importance of our visitors’ privacy. Information You Share on
Century21Auction.com
Your Display Nick Name is displayed throughout Century 21 Auction (and so available to the public), and is connected to all of your Century21Auction.com activity. Other Users can see your bids, purchases, properties listed for sale, and associated comments. Notices sent to other community members about suspicious activity and policy violations on our sites refer to Display Names and specific items. So if you associate your name with your Display Name, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your Century21Auction.com activities.
If you access our sites from a shared computer or a computer in an internet café, certain information about you, such as your Display Name, activity or reminders from Century 21 Select Real Estate and Century21Auction.com, may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.
Using Information from Century21Auction.com
Century 21 Select Real Estate, Century21Auction.com and Jenkins Real Estate Auctions LLC, enables you to share personal and financial information to commence transactions. Account Protection

Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Century21Auction.com User’s Agreement, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.
