This Privacy Policy identifies what information we collect, and for what purposes it is used. We recognize the importance of our visitors’ privacy. Information You Share on

Century21Auction.com

Your Display Nick Name is displayed throughout Century 21 Auction (and so available to the public), and is connected to all of your Century21Auction.com activity. Other Users can see your bids, purchases, properties listed for sale, and associated comments. Notices sent to other community members about suspicious activity and policy violations on our sites refer to Display Names and specific items. So if you associate your name with your Display Name, the people to whom you have revealed your name will be able to personally identify your Century21Auction.com activities.

If you access our sites from a shared computer or a computer in an internet café, certain information about you, such as your Display Name, activity or reminders from Century 21 Select Real Estate and Century21Auction.com, may also be visible to other individuals who use the computer after you.

Using Information from Century21Auction.com

Century 21 Select Real Estate, Century21Auction.com and Jenkins Real Estate Auctions LLC, enables you to share personal and financial information to commence transactions. Account Protection

Your password is the key to your account. Use unique numbers, letters and special characters, and do not disclose your Century21Auction.com password to anyone. If you do share your password or your personal information with others, remember that you are responsible for all actions taken in the name of your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information. Upon your request, we will close your account and remove your personal information from view as soon as reasonably possible, based on your account activity and in accordance with applicable law. We do retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with law, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Century21Auction.com User’s Agreement, and take other actions otherwise permitted by law.

If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Website users.
