How does it work?
To become a co- listing agent for our home selling program, all agents will first need to complete our home selling auction training program and become a certified trained agent.

Step 1
Join us by completing a Co-Listing Agreement form and submit for approval. An account will be set up for you after approval.

Step 2
Submit your Property Listing and provide us with your MLS property listing information for review.

Step 3
Once approved we will post your property on this and all other affiliated websites and begin the auction selling program.

Step 4
Co-listing agents will be kept informed on all bids reveived throughout the bidding process. Co-listing agents will be able to view details on their listing at any time.
